SCHOOL AFFILIATION

Acme Public School, Panki is affiliated with the State Board of School Education, ensuring that its academic programs follow the curriculum and guidelines prescribed by the state education authority. As an English medium institution, the school delivers instruction primarily in English, fostering strong communication skills and conceptual understanding among students. The affiliation guarantees that students receive a recognized and standardized education from the foundational classes up to the senior levels, preparing them effectively for board examinations and higher education opportunities within the state system.


Admission Policy

Acme Public School follows a transparent, fair, and child-centric admission process in accordance with the norms prescribed by the concerned education authorities.

General Guidelines

  • Admissions are granted strictly on the basis of availability of seats in each class.
  • The school does not discriminate on the basis of caste, creed, religion, gender, or socio-economic background.
  • Submission of the admission form does not guarantee admission.

Age Criteria

  • The age of the child must meet the government-prescribed norms applicable for the academic session.
  • Age will be calculated as per official records submitted at the time of admission. Which are as follows:

Admission Procedure

  • Parents/guardians must obtain and submit the duly filled admission form along with all required documents within the stipulated time.
  • An interaction/assessment may be conducted for certain classes to evaluate the child’s readiness and academic level.
  • Admission will be confirmed only after:
    Verification of documents
    Completion of admission formalities
    Payment of prescribed fees

Documents Required

  • Birth Certificate (Municipal Corporation/Competent Authority)
  • Transfer Certificate (for Class I and above)
  • Previous year’s Report Card (where applicable)
  • Aadhaar Card copy of the student
  • Aadhaar card of both the parents
  • Passport-size photographs of the student and parents
  • Medical fitness certificate (if required by the school)

Admission to Higher Classes

  • Availability of seats
  • Admission to Classes I and above is subject to:
    Performance in an entrance test/interview
    The decision of the school management regarding admission shall be final and binding.

Fee Policy

  • Fees must be paid within the stipulated time period as notified by the school.
  • Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
  • Failure to deposit fees within the given time may result in cancellation of admission.

Withdrawal Rules

A parent wishing to withdraw his/her ward must give at least one month’s notice in writing. The transfer certificate and Examination Result Card will not be issued until all school dues have been paid.

Right of Admission

Acme Public School reserves the right to accept or reject any admission application without assigning any reason.

Parent’s Responsibility

  • Parents/guardians are requested to carefully read and understand all school rules and policies before seeking admission.
  • Any discrepancy in documents or information may lead to cancellation of admission at any stage.

Acme Public School, Panki has a well-maintained notice board where all important notices, announcements, and updates are displayed regularly. It serves as an effective medium to keep students, parents, and staff informed about school activities, instructions, and upcoming events in a timely manner.
